We can also supply dry salted fish from related species such as Maruca (Ling), Saithe (Saithe) and occasionally Haddock (Haddock) and Zarbo (Brosme).

and Atlantic Trout & Salmon in different forms and formats, including fresh, frozen and smoked products.

We also provide specialties of dry salted fish such as fillets, shredded pieces, 'Fingers' Tenderloins produced from Pollock and Cod (Gadus morhua and Gadus macrocephalus). These products are processed under our supervision with our partners, following our specifications and quality control of the process and product.
