Fresh products are prepared using the “super cooling” system, which translates into better preservation of the fish's qualities.
All production process is very efficient. From removing the fish from the water to the final packaged product it takes just a few hours. All processing is done under the most demanding standards ensuring maximum hygiene and quality.
The use of fresh product processed industrially into loins and fillets, greatly reduces waste and labor costs in the store.
We can supply almost any format, with the customer's own brand, with a label or printed film (depends on quantities and time frame).
The Atlantic Trout with its peculiar color, texture, flavor and delicacy has very attractive features that positively distinguishes it from the traditional salmon.
Our Salmon Trout and Salmon are produced according to the concept of Salmon Welfare, ensuring that the final product is free from pharmaceutical residues and free from parasites.
No chemicals are used in our products to treat parasites.
The marine cages respect a ratio of 2.5% salmon / trout to 97.50% water, guaranteeing enough space for the healthy growth of the fish.
The entire process is subject to regular controls from water quality to the feed used, as well as regular control of environmental conditions.
The facilities are HACCP certified with a traceability system from the egg stage to the finished product.
